why won the thinkable laptop website wont load up

Ohh. I really thought I forgot to ask anything 
@domhnallohanlon yes the problem is real!
I’m using thunkable classic and after logging in successfully when thunkable editor comes up, there I see plain white screen.
It usually happens 2/5 times. Please check this issue because some days it get serious and won’t open a single time.
