White Screen when Opening Downloaded App

Hello,

I recently sent my app for review to Apple assuming that the white screen bug was gone, since I thought it was gone, I didn’t test my app and got this message from App Review:

Guideline 2.1 - Performance - App Completeness
We discovered one or more bugs in your app when reviewed on iPhone running iOS 13.5.1 on Wi-Fi.
Specifically, the application loaded to a white screen upon launch.

Is this happening to anyone else? Is there a way to get this fixed? I am trying to reach a deadline of Friday for this app.

This isn’t a useful question to ask, since the first thing we need to do is identify the root cause in your specific app. In order to do this we will need you to send us on any error or crash reports you might have. Additionally, to help you with your project, can you send us a link to your project?

I do not have any crash logs for my app, I can provide you with a link to my project, however, I believe the problem is downloaded apps as my app works perfectly in Thunkable Live.
