Hi @rusticone, thanks for reaching out about this. In the settings for your text input component, can you confirm that the Multiline advanced property is set to false? Having it set to false will center the hint with in the input. Thank you!

My question is for labels. In effect, that property is not available for them
If I remember right, there isn’t a vertical alignment for text label, you can set height on fit content to center or you can put the text inside a group o layout, set it to center -center and set background label to no colour
