like uploading attachments in airtable, i don’t want to do it using cloudinary
Currently, Thunkable has a component to upload to Cloudinary
only. For any other upload, you will have to use API or JavaScript Extension of the Web Viewer
.
oh oh, I tried it but didn’t work. I’ll contact my teacher
If you are attempting to upload from your phone/device then this option is not currently available in Airtable itself.

Surprisingly, I am able to upload attachments to Airtable from within Thunkable on the phone.
That is great to hear @codeswept. You always have amazing news, you may make a tutorial for that or provide the explanation to solve the issue of the user posting this inquiry.
Does that work with photos from a photo album? I need a way to do that for a student directory app I’m designing.
Yep, I’m pretty sure it does. I’ll just check again and let you know, along with a screenshot.
Hello! can you show the code to upload attachments to Airtable from within Thunkable, as you earlier mentioned?
Thanks a lot! I am a bit stuck
This topic is three years old so I’m not sure you’ll get an answer. Unfortunately, Airtable has made it so that you cannot store attachments in their database and access them in Thunkable. They no longer have permanent urls. See this: Airtable Attachment URL Behavior | Airtable Support
