Unable to receive apk file

First thank you for all the assistance that I get through this community. It is extremely helpful and I am grateful to it.
Secondly I am trying to download apk file for andriod user and getting the following email:-

What does this mean and what should I do to rectify it?

Download —> Download Andriod -----> email address (where I wanted to receive the .apk file).

If you have generated the APK previously then check:

• The version number is higher than the last one.
• The version name exists.
• The Bundle ID has not changed.
• The Bundle ID does not contain illegal characters.

How will I check this? I have not checked that ever before.
