i published 4 apps(advanced membership)
everything was OK till 4 days ago, our splash screen replaced by thunkable splash screen and pop up (app unavailable).
hint: this happened without publishing or modifying

This is because your account was downgraded to Free. Per our terms, should a user downgrade their account to Free, Legacy Free, or Builder, then the custom splash screen shall be removed and a non-dismissible window will appear with an error message on the published or downloaded app.
To keep these, you must keep your account in good standing and you cannot downgrade your account after publishing.
how come!!
first of all this occured within the advanced plane period.
which part of thunkable terms allows you to remove our splash screen and shown this error while app is live

Did you just do Advance one month then downgrade? you can no longer do that as of October
This is correct. If you are on a Builder or Advanced plan and let that plan lapse or downgrade, then the entitlements associated with either of those plans are no longer available.
