Hello,
we have published two App, during the development we have been on plan Pro that allows publishing of two Apps. Since the Apps are functioning as we require we have downgraded the subscription to free until we might in future again need to modify or add features and re-publish. We get the “App Unavailable” message. Is it so that we shall pay Pro subscription for ever for the published Apps even if we have no need for further development or modification? Please note that the published Apps is free (no costs), we do not know today if in the future they might be developed into commercial Apps.
Hi @pmginvestda6z
If you downgrade to our Free plan, any of your published apps will no longer be accessible, even if they are already published to the Google Play or Apple App Store.
Hi Joannis,
we have decided to operate only with 1 app using builder subscription. When removing the other app from the stores how will thunkable kvow ?
Hi @pmginvestda6z
To set your current active published apps:
-
Click your account avatar in the upper right.
-
Select Published Apps.
From here, you will see how many published apps you have available and be able to select which published app you wish to keep active.
The published Apps page is only available to paid plans (builder and advanced).
You can find more information in our docs: Overview | Thunkable Docs
Hello Ioannis,
thank you for your kind support. We are now trying to upgrade our subscription from free to Builder and as mentioned above we shall only have one App published. When trying to upgrade for 1 year the upgrade button is grayed and there is a warning saying that we need to have 10 or fewer private projects in order to upgrade to builder. To my knowledge we only have 2 private projects. When trying to see the status of the projects they are read-only. Can you please help us out so we can upgrade and proceed with our project?
Best regard
Vittorio Pinelli
Hello @pmginvestda6z
Thank you for sharing more information.
Yes, you only have two private projects.
All the private projects have this icon:
Thank you, but what are we supposed to do to be able to upgrade to Builder?
Thanks
Vittorio

Hi Ioannis,
here you see the printscreen. Please note the warning in the lower left corner. Even after filling out all the fields it prevents me from upgrading and I don’t know how to solve this.

Vittorio
Hi @pmginvestda6z
Thank you for sharing the screenshot.
Could you please check the box that you agree with Thunkable’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy?
This way we will see if the button “Get annual builder” will be activated.
Of course I did so. It does not help…
I am sorry Ioannis, it just does not work! I double checked everything, Card number is correct and accepted, expiration month/year is correct, the cvc code is correct, the Thunkable Terms are accepted, but the warning stays and it is not possible to process payment. It might help you to know that if I choose Advanced Subscription the warning disappears. BUT it cannot be so that I need to subscribe to Advanced just to select that only one App that shall be published, when I only need Builder! Something is very wrong here…

Vittorio

Hello Ioannis,
totally another issue, that we also have inserted as a topic in the community forum. We have a Layout in our app, in which we have couple of containers with content. The Layout is scrollable and this works perfectly in iPhone but not at all in Android, that is it does not scroll in Android. Can you help? We would really appreciate.
