Another beginner question. If I get a app published and say a few people download it , what happens if I stop paying for a subscription with Thunkable? I assume all my users app’s will stop working. Also what happens when there a changes , major or minor to Thunkable structure. Would I have to rebuild and the users have to download an upgrade. Just looking at the existing youtube tutorials, there has been many changes done over the years.
reading other peoples posts, there is no error message and the app performs as usual…
please confirm if you are on the builder’s subscription and have only one app. And if you go on the free plan your one app will continue as usual with no errors… This information should be referenced in thunkables docs somewhere.
Hello @paternoespiritujbcfs
If your subscription expires, any published apps will become unavailable for your end users.
It is mentioned on our pricing page: Pricing | Thunkable
(For users on Pro or Business plans, your published apps will be unaffected if your account expires).
So there are plans that are available if you pay Thunkable for this right. On the pricing page there is no cost information on either pro or business plans.
refers to a Business and advanced plans that cost $2000 and $1200 yearly.
Since I’m just starting with Thunkable I just wanna know how much I would have to pay for the foreseeable future to keep my users app alive? Seems to me people would want to know.

Hi @paternoespiritujbcfs, the Pro and Business plans are no longer available. Creators who had those plans before the new Builder and Advanced plans were/are able to keep those plans so long as their account remains in good standing. Any new upgrades to a paid plan must be either for our Builder or Advanced plans.
If you downgrade your plan to Free, you will no longer be able to keep any of your apps active, this is outlined in our Docs.
If you are currently on a Free plan and wish for your apps to remain active, you will need to either upgrade to the Builder or Advanced plan. Below are the basic highlights of each plan, including the number of active published apps you are entitled to.
