App unavailable error on downloaded apk?

I’m on a free account and downloaded my apk on android for testing, it works fine however whenever it’s been minimised (seems like for more than 5 minutes) I get a splash screen on opening that says “App unavailable. Something went wrong. Please contact the developer or try again later” ERR-665275. I can dismiss the screen and then everything seems to work perfectly. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I’m not sure what info about the app might be relevant to include. Thanks

The 2 testing APK Downloads per Month in the Free plan means that these APKs will expire after 72 hours.

I’m getting the same message with the error code. I downloaded the app from the release version, and I’m on a paid plan. How can I debug the issue or identify the origin of this error?

@abelardo.rivera31apu I checked our logs and this is because you selected a Testing Download. You’ll want to be sure you select Distribution Download if you want it to not expire after 72 hours.
