ERR 665275 Crashing on Android and iOS

I am getting an error when testing my app on multiple devices. It is a splash screen saying that the app is unavailable. Error 665275. I have a paid student account. It is crashing on Android and iOS.

If you happened to encounter ERR-665275, it’s possibly an issue on Thunkable’s side (assuming that you published this app).
If you paused, removed or forgot to pay your Thunkable Pro Subscription, it’s possible that the host (I think) was immediately removed and the app was not able to connect. If you want your app to keep running, pay the Thunkable Pro Subscription.

@mdmakinson832lv27b There are two possible reasons why you’ll see this error.

The first could be that, if this is a downloaded APK file, that you chose or your plan only allows for a testing download. Testing downloads expire after 72 hours and this error will appear after that time.

If you have recently downgraded your plan, you will see this error on your published app. Please use the guidance in Active App Publishing Limits to ensure the correct app is available to your users if your plan allows for a certain number of active published apps. It can take up to 24 hours to update your account and remove this warning from your published app .
