My subscription renewed by itself ,and i want refund for subscription.I texted billing thunkable but did not received an answer.I really need my money back and it’s emergency🙏 how many days it will take for them to answer?

It can sometimes take a few days for our billing team to get back to you based on the current volume of requests and other work they must complete.
Please note that when you upgrade your account to a paid plan, you did check the box to agree to our Terms of Use. These Terms of Use state that by subscribing, you authorize Thunkable to initiate a recurring and non-refundable subscription.
I am sorry, i am not native english speaker.So, is there a chance to get refund? Ive seen that if i have not published any apps and texted them quickly the Thunkable team can do refunds
