I just learned that the $60 I just spent, and now want back, isn’t enough to actually get me access to customer service. Just an email that tells me if I want to speak with customer service I have to upgrade to the plan that costs over $180 a month! What a joke of a company. That should be illigal. Does any one know how I can get a refund if I can’t actually speak with anyone?

I apologize, I am not sure where you heard that support is not included in your plan but our Technical Support team is available to Creators on our Builder and Advanced plans.
You can always open a new support ticket by following these steps:
- click on the Help icon and selecting “Contact Support” in the top right Menu bar in your Project Page.
- When the support window opens, click on “Send us a message”
- If that does not appear, click on the Messages Tab and then click “Send us a message” to start a new support ticket.

A quick follow up: Within just a few minutes of Matts response, I was able to send a chat directly to the tech support team and was even prompted to take a video illustrating my issue. So, I was really wrong! Great customer support!
