Cannot cancel Advanced Plan - Charged after multiple cancellation attempts

I am writing regarding an unauthorized charge on my account hiraozdennn@gmail.com dated 05/15/2026, 189$.

Prior to this charge, I attempted to cancel my Pro subscription through the account settings, but the cancellation function did not work — a known issue reported repeatedly on your community forum. I also raised this publicly on community.thunkable.com and tagged @domhnallohanlon, but received no response before the renewal date.

Given that:

  1. I made a clear, timely attempt to cancel before the renewal,
  2. The failure to cancel was caused by a defect in your platform, not by me,
  3. I have documented evidence of the attempt,

I am requesting the following within 3 business days:
— immediate cancellation of the subscription with written confirmation,
— full refund of the 189$ charged on 05/15/2026.

If I do not receive a response and refund within this period, I will file a chargeback with my card issuer for an unauthorized recurring charge and escalate the case publicly on your forum and social channels.
