Problem with publishing to ios

When i press publish to ios, i entered my apple id and password

i found the following

when i enter my team ID, i receive the message “Oops! The team id in your file null does not match the one your entered earlier.” but i believe that i entered the same because i did not change my account.

AND

i can press next, when i press next and upload my “ios distribution” certificate, i receive the message “Oops! There is something wrong. Please try again.”

is it because i created my own .CSR or there is another problem or mistake ?

Thanks in advance.

Hi @abedo,

You must use the .csr file provided by Thunkable.

You can see the full instructions here:

Thank you @domhnallohanlon for your continuous help

i followed the video but using my own .CSR, i will use thunkable’s .CSR now

I did not find the video helpful. I am relieving

the same message when attempting to publish my app on ios. “Oops! The team id in your file null does not match the one your entered earlier.” I have set up the team id on my apple dev account and when i paste it into thunkable and press next. i get the message mentioned earlier.

I just ignored the problem and it seemed to work.
