Community Guidelines

Search Before Posting

Use the search bar before creating a new topic to see if your question has already been addressed. Duplicate topics may be merged or removed. For outdated posts, try the solutions provided, but start a new topic if needed.

Billing and Account Issues

For billing or account-related inquiries, email billing@thunkable.com. These issues cannot be resolved in the Community forum.

Keep Posts Clear and Concise

  • Be concise and avoid excessive ALL CAPS, emojis, or URLs.
  • Verify information from AI tools before posting.
  • Avoid tagging individual members when asking questions.

Show Your Work

Include screenshots, videos, or project links to clarify your questions. Only share projects if you’re comfortable with others viewing them.

Be Respectful and Patient

  • Respond kindly and promptly to those who assist you.
  • Say “Thank You” by liking helpful responses and marking solutions as solved.
  • Disrespectful behavior, including swearing, insults, or belittling, is not tolerated and may result in suspension.

Who Can Participate?

Everyone is welcome! Share knowledge and support fellow Thunkers to improve app development for all. Posts must focus on Thunkable or app development best practices.

Use the Right Categories

  • Select the most appropriate category for your topic.
  • Avoid posting the same discussion in multiple categories.
  • Create new posts instead of replying to locked threads.

Moderator Actions

Posts that violate these guidelines may be edited or removed by moderators.
