Yes, these seem to be two different issues, both related to sound.
Interesting. I can play the sound in a browser but not in Thunkable Live on my iPhone 11.

I had been able to play other sounds so I’m not sure what the issue is. Just a reminder, though, that when sounds do play in Thunkable Live, they do not stop playing until the app is force-quit. Even exiting the project by tapping the Home button doesn’t stop the sounds.
Edit: this project that is a published app doesn’t play sounds any more on my phone: Thunkable
It uses the same rain.mp3 file.
The published app still works to play sound! Nature Sounds TY on the App Store. So there’s something about Thunkable Live causing the problem.
Woof! I am seeing this too for iOS and Android. Although for me, the sound does start playing once you go back to the menu. It does stop once I leave the application. This is for a 12 Pro Max on 16.2 with Thunkable Live 358-4.
This does not seem to be affecting published or downloaded apps. I’m working on filing a report now for this, hopefully it will be a quick and easy fix.
This is working for me in the web preview. Video linked below.

@tatiang Unrelated to anything here, I restarted my phone and the sounds are working now for iOS. Can you restart your device and see if it works?
Thanks for the suggestion. Restarting does not allow sound playback on my phone.
This is strange behavior. Can you see if it does work for you with this app?

Yes, your project works on my phone. I can play and stop the sound and hear it just fine. Yours is DnD, though, and I was having problems with StP.
So now we’re just waiting on mute/volume controls, right?
@tatiang I build the same exact app in StP. Could you try it as well?

@overshield Correct and I have created a ticket for this issue.
Yes, your StP project works on my phone. And now my project works as well. It seemed like the “when source loaded” event block was preventing sound playback and causing crashes. But I can’t easily replicate it so I’m going to move on.
