Correct. As I stated in one of my previous messages, you need direct links, just like the one you created. The first one will not work and is not supposed to work.
In case you are asking how I would create direct links for Google Drive files, I would use a tool like this:
There are plenty available if you Google it.
On a similar note, will videos uploaded to Cloudinary be supported by the video component?
