I am experiencing a significant issue with the verification of my payment profile on Google. When I initially created my developer account, I listed my address as being in the United States because my country was not included in the options.
Google is now requesting documentation to verify that address. I need guidance on how to resolve this matter, as failure to do so within 25 days will result in the removal of my account and all my apps from Google Play.
Hi @Hayder – is there any option for you to reply to Google in some way to disclose the same information? Unfortunately, there won’t be anything we can do about this issue as it pertains to your Google account.
Can you upload a document with verification for your current country of residence? It seems like submitting that will allow Google to make the change to the correct country.
Unfortunately, yes. My account was created since 2017 “United States” the country I chose and had no problems. Now the only thing I need is just a document that proves the adress even a Restaurant bill with my name.
In the very beginning, I talked to one of the Google employees and told him that I will set US as the country of the account coz I add Master Card. She told me at that time you can coz there was no need to give this documentation.
