I am trying to get to the bottom of another issue I’m having with clones that doesn’t make sense to me as to why it isn’t working but I am unable to test it as the live test isn’t syncing up with my blocks. I have updated the thunkable live app and I have tested in browser. But it doesn’t appear to be catching up. I have had this before where it is a few seconds late syncing but it has now been 30 minutes. I have no idea how to troubleshoot my other problem as a result. Is anyone able to offer advice? Is it a me issue or a thunkable issue or an update happening as we speak or something?
Hi @sammy-wrightcuhb, sorry to hear you are having issues. Is this v465 of the Thunkable Live app? Are you seeing this issue on Android or iOS? Or both?
Could you try deleting and re-installing the app and letting us know if the issue persists?

Hi Matt. Yes its the 465.1.0-1 version on iOS.
I can try reinstalling it but I am also getting the issue on the web browser test too so I don’t think it is purely the app? But I suppose I could be wrong?
This has resolved now. It must have been a temporary issue
