Thunkable constantly refreshing, I am losing all progress during urgent build

I am on a critical deadline for my final submission, and Thunkable keeps refreshing randomly across multiple browsers. Every refresh erases my unsaved progress. This is not a minor inconvenience and it is actively sabotaging my ability to complete my work.

I’ve tried Chrome, Edge, and Firefox, cleared cache, restarted my device, and even switched networks. The issue persists. It is not related to my internet or hardware, it seems like a server-side problem.

If I fail this project, it will be because your platform has prevented me from saving my work consistently. This is a serious reliability issue for anyone depending on Thunkable for academic or professional deadlines.

Please investigate immediately and let me know if there’s a way to work offline or disable auto-refresh. Time is extremely critical.

I am experiencing the same issue. The browser refreshes automatically, but nothing is saved, and I lose all my work. I have spent 3 hours with basically no progress. This is (a) a waste of time and efforts (b) extremely frustrating.

BTW - today is my first time using Thunkable, and I have just paid my first monthly subscription. Is this platform always this unrealiable???

This is my first time using it too. I don’t think I am going to continue my membership.

I have the same issue today, and experienced the same or something similar a few days ago.

They had it back up a few hours. Hoping this day is not wasted….
