Sound not working after 3 minute

Hi All,

I’m experiencing an issue with the audio in my app. After browsing for 2 to 3 minutes, the audio stops functioning entirely. I’ve tested this with both cloud-based and local audio sources, and the problem persists across all of them. The only way to restore audio is by restarting the app, which isn’t an ideal solution.
The app is primarily educational, designed for children to learn basics like the alphabet. I’ve included some screenshots and code blocks from the application to help illustrate the issue.

Can you share a link to your project? It would be easier for me to troubleshoot if I can test a few things out.

I’m facing a very similar issue: in my case any sound stops working after 20/30 plays. It worked just fine until a couple of weeks ago and then all of a sudden any newly downloaded app is bugged (same isue on three different Android phones) while they all work fine in the web preview.

Are you able to share a link to your project?

Hi, thanks for looking into this.

I created this as a simple test: Thunkable

Sound stops after about 40 seconds of continuous play.

Edit: updated link to an example created from scratch (same behavior)

@ioannis is this bug from thunkable?

Really appreciate you looking into that last-minute issue, especially with the project so close to being done.

How can we formally report this issue to Thunkable? The app functions correctly in test preview, but in live test or after downloading, the audio stops responding after three minutes.

Here’s the link to my project. It works fine in the web or test preview, but in the live or downloaded app, the audio stops after about three minutes
