[Solved] Permission Requirements and Privacy Policy

Google Play says that the version of the app requires 49 permissions (camera, contacts, etc). I made a very simple app; It would be weird if the user had to accept all of those permisions. Is there a way to delete the requirements? Also, I really need help to create the privacy policy.
Can someone give me some advice?
Where can I host it? How can I make it? … etc
