Permission issue while uploading in Google Play Store

Hi,

Uploading Apk in Google play store I am getting this message as mention below.
How to remove this because I do not want to set privacy policy.

Message:

Store listing
1 task to complete before you rollout
Your app has an apk with version code 7 that requests the following permission(s): android.permission.CAMERA,android.permission.RECORD_AUDIO,android.permission.READ_PHONE_STATE. Apps using these permissions in an APK are required to have a privacy policy set

“Apps using these permissions in an APK are required to have a privacy policy Set”.

You have to do it… No matter if you want that or not…

Unfortunately, at the moment, you’ll have to provide a privacy policy for your app even if you don’t have those components in your app.

We’re hoping to update this requirement in the future but for now, that’s a requirement.
