[Solved] Not seeing app in Preview

I have 2 students who work as a team on a single app. Neither can see their project in Preview mode. Each is using Chrome on a MacBook Air. We tried Safari as well. We tried it on laptop. One of the students tried on her home computer. Same results.

I think you need to check your internet connection. Does the projects have a lot of assets (blocks and components, ex: image)? If so, that can make the project more laggy, and it may not load correctly.

If you still can’t find a solution related to the stuff , try previewing it in the Live App, or the Project Detail Page.

BTW, this is what I get when I opened the link

Thanks. Our internet is very robust and this isn’t happening to all of the other students. It’s not showing up in the Project Detail Page. https://x.thunkable.com/projects/659ebfc7be4118d44b50e704/46f70005-7495-4327-adcb-24d5714c2100/designer

Link still doesn’t work for me.

Does the project have a lot of assets? If so, that may cause this to lag.

Assets means like a lot of blocks, or labels and such. Do these students project have more assets than other students projects?

Thanks. I just had this team in class. It doesn’t look as though it would be too many assets. At least not enough that neither student can preview their work. Please let me know if this link works https://x.thunkable.com/projectPage/659ebfc7be4118d44b50e704

Please make a copy of the project and make it “Public”. Thank you

The issue here is that there are two top bar navigators in this project and one is empty. When you attempt to load a project with an empty navigator, it will cause an error. Have the student delete the first top tab navigator with no screens and try the web preview again, it should work fine after that.
