Scrollable activate itself on mobile

Hi! I tried to find an answer but couldn’t find it nowhere, so i’m wondering if someone can help me here. My app looks totally good on the web preview on my PC, BUT every time i’m looking at it on my phone, it’s misplaced, and the scrollable function activates itself vertically and horizontally, even tho the scrollable function is disabled!

The first screen, it’s how it’s supposed to look (web preview on PC). The second one it’s how it looks like on my phone (Web preview on mobile). (I don’t have anything in my blocks that could activate that and every single image, label or button is on “resize mode: float in place”) I don’t get it, please help

I would recommend using layouts to maintain consistence.
