Is it possible to share a project with a person who is not a Thunkable member? I have someone who I would like their input and opinion. I don’t need them to see or understand the project blocks but to just comment on possible changes or improvements.

Yes, but you’ll need to publish the project as a web app. That requires a Pro license.
If you don’t want to pay for that, you could always take a screen capture video of yourself using the app and ask for feedback based on the video.
