Problem with publishing / NSUserTrackingUsageDescription

Hello,

I read a lot of post here in the community but nothing really helped me for my problem. I want to publish a really simple app only with a webviewer (external website youtube and other), no other features. I set a german Tracking Usage Description (also tried english) in the settings like this:

In english: This app accesses the websites productselector.de and youtube.com via a web viewer. Your data may be shared with these websites to improve functionality.

The same description is added in the publishing dialog. The build is transfered to the app store connect. When selecting this build and trying to publish I get this message:

When I read the description there is the hint to set the tracking description. But I did. I tried different descriptions, but none is working. What could be the reason for this refusal?

Thanks, Daniel

I believe you need to update your privacy data forms in Apple/Google

Thanks. Yes, I know. But how? Where can I find a guide to what information must be provided especially for a youtube video in the webviewer in my app? I provided a lot of information in the privacy data forms in app store connect. But it seems that there is something wrong or missing. Its always the same “error” message.

Because the privacy data forms are tailored to each app, there isn’t a guide for filling out privacy data forms in Apple. Unfortunately, because this issue is stemming from Apple, we don’t have the ability to easily resolve this issue.

If you are willing, what you can do is screenshot your app privacy page and send it to me in a direct message. That way I can take a look and see if there is anything missing.
