"Old" PRO PLAN versus "New" Thunkable Plans

In January 2026 I paid $ 450. to renew my yearly PRO Membership because I wanted to publish several Web App. In the contract it was said that the number of Web App in that PRO Plan was “unlimited”!

But today I’m urged to upgrade in order to be able to publish just a single Web App: do you really find it fair ??? Hence the strategy of Thunkable is “customers have to pay more, to get less”…

In conclusion: I paid for a service which was due to last till January 2027, but after 5 months it’s already obsolete ! Has Thunkable no respect toward his customers ?

And my problem today is the following: if I upgrade my actual PRO Plan today, how can I be sure that next year I shall not be confronted with the same situation, due to this incomprehensible pricing strategy of Thunkable.

I’m looking forward to your answer before deciding what to do …

I can understand the frustration, especially if the yearly Pro plan was sold with unlimited Web App publishing and that changed before the subscription ended. Before upgrading again, Contact Thunkable support and ask them to confirm in writing whether your existing plan is grandfathered until January 2027 and what happens to your remaining subscription if you upgrade. I also wouldnt rely on assumptions about next year pricing. Ask them specifically whether the new plan can change during your paid term and whether existing customers are protected from another similar change.
