Custom Data Viewer Layout names should be displayed

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.** When you sav…e a custom data viewer layout, it asks for a name for the layout. But this name doesn't appear in the list when later selecting a layout. **Describe the solution you'd like** The layout name should appear in the list of DVL layout choices. Screenshot for reference below.
