I apologize, I am not sure where you heard that support is not included in your plan but our Technical Support team is available to Creators on our Builder and Advanced plans.

You can always open a new support ticket by following these steps:

  • click on the Help icon and selecting “Contact Support” in the top right Menu bar in your Project Page.

  • When the support window opens, click on “Send us a message”

  • If that does not appear, click on the Messages Tab and then click “Send us a message” to start a new support ticket.
