I please need help. Have tried everything I could possibly find online. Forums, AI search engines etc.
When I go from Portrait to Landscape the sides of the App is cropped. Both on Phone and Tablet.
It works on Thunkable live, but not on the installed APK.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
I also realised the splash screen logo was causing that. I removed it.
Only have a square icon. 300dpi.
Could this also be an issue?
Is there another icon you would recommend to try?

I found the issue. It’s the Icon.
Just installed the App without an icon, and no issues.
I have tried practically all possible icon sizes, still the same issue when I rotate.
1x1, 500x500, 512x512, 1024x1024, 667x375, 375x667 etc.
If you could please allow the removal of the Icon in the meanwhile, it would help tremendously.

To remove the icon it is needed to remix your project.
Could you please share the specific project URL with us so we can investigate it further?

Could you please verify the exact dimensions of the standard Thunkable App icon?Then I can test with those dimensions.
@francoisgoosenac3id9 As mentioned in our docs, The ideal dimensions for your splash screen picture are 1152x1152 pixels.
Unfortunately, this will not solve the issue, but a fix for this bug will be released soon.
We will provide an update as soon as possible.
