Issues with compatibility?

Above is a screenshot of “View as a responsive web app” version of my WadWeb app.

Above is what is being shown on the Project Detail Page.

Obviously, there is an issue that the font size, bold and italics not working, but buttons do not even appear in the Project Detail page, and neither do images. The code is the exact same for both, I don’t know why it wouldn’t be the same for both. (Is it looking like this for everyone else as well?)
