Hello Thunkable Support Team,
I am a paid Thunkable user and I’m encountering a critical issue while attempting to submit my iOS app (version 1.0) for App Store review.
The following error message from Apple is preventing me from proceeding:
“App Review Not Available
The following is required to start the review process:
This app contains NSUserTrackingUsageDescription, which indicates that the app will request permission to track users.
To proceed with submission, update the app’s privacy responses to reflect this data usage for tracking purposes, or update the app binary and upload a new build.”
However, I’m unable to resolve this due to the following issues with the current Thunkable UI (2025 version):
- I cannot locate any settings to modify privacy answers.
- I have no way to remove or disable NSUserTrackingUsageDescription.
- The “Help” or “Contact Support” options are no longer visible in the interface.
- Your old support URL (https://submit.thunkable.com/contact) is inactive.
- Emailing hello@thunkable.com previously gave no response.
This issue is blocking me from publishing my iOS app, and I urgently need help from your team to resolve this.

- NSUserTrackingUsageDescription을 제거하거나 비활성화할 방법 없음
- ‘도움말(Help)’ 또는 ‘Contact Support’ 메뉴가 인터페이스에서 사라짐
- https://submit.thunkable.com/contact 링크는 더 이상 작동하지 않음
- hello@thunkable.com 으로 보낸 메일도 응답 없음
이 문제는 제 앱의 iOS 출시를 완전히 막고 있는 상태이며, 귀사의 빠른 기술적 조치가 필요합니다.
