It’s involving testing. Before we release any update, bug fix, feature, etc. we have to make sure that fix not only works for what we are fixing but does not impede any other parts of the platform. This fix showed some things in testing that we wanted to correct before releasing it.

Yes, it might be annoying for it to be slow, but it helps with people just in case people discover an uncommon bug, they want their service to be best.
It’s what I also reccomend when releasing an update.

some people replace him as the ceo and is evil

and google has all the economy is still good
admob becomes number 1 for google replacing main purpose of google: search engine
Soon admob is renamed google and google search is named google search instead of google
Then diehard google fans support admob
many apps use admob
admob becomes rich
now the world is bad because admob is greedy for money
in 2500 admob spends entire money 1 quadrillion dollars on making world better
Then the world becomes the best place in 3000
people conquer mars
So that’s how this bug can make the world the best place

Yes it will just take around a week or two. Just send a message to him for getting back.
You might not want the people who update just make mistakes that will impede other parts of thunkable. If they fix it later, it’s probably not better than checking right now.

We had one more set of changes to a different part of our infrastructure that had to be released first, then we can release the fix for AdMob. Within a week.

It’s been 3 days since he said that (as of 20 February 2023). 1 week is 7 days. Just wait 4 days, the update is close to being released!

Pending to release now–our QA folks are taking a last check to make sure everything is ok, it’ll go out right after that. Monday at the latest is my guess.

The update needs to be released, it has been 4 months now
Update is released for our platform and Android Live app. Still waiting on approval from Apple for the iOS Live app.
