Copy blocks to other project

Hi, I see a lot of post with the same question but it’s from 2018/2019 so…

I want to copy blocks from a projet and past to another, because i can’t find some blocks.

I had seen people talking about Backpack but I don’t know what it is (i’m a beginner :upside_down_face: )
