Changing Your Community Email Address


There are a very small number of you out there who use one email address for the Community and another for Thunkable X. Since one of those users was me, I’ve created a quick guide to show you how to do this really quickly.

1. Open your Account Preferences page:

Click on your account icon, click on settings and open the preferences tab. It should look like the screen below:

2. Edit your email address

Click the edit button to update your email address

3. Make sure it’s actually your email address

You can’t use an address that you don’t already own, or that has already been registered in the community. Get it touch if you get stuck during this step.

4. Confirm Your Old Email

Open your current email to confirm your identity and that you want to switch accounts

It should look something like this:

5. Confirm your new email

You will then be redirected back to the community:

In your new email you’ll now have a confirmation email:

Finally, you’ll be redirected back to the Community where your email address will now be changed:
