Can Enterprise Chat Platforms Support Massive User Bases?

We are currently evaluating enterprise chat platforms for a high taffic communication application and comparing solutions like MirrorFly, Twilio, Sendbird, cometChat and PubNub. One of our main concerns is scalability, especially the ability to support millions of daily active users, real-time messaging and concurrent connections without performance issues.

Had anyone here worked with these platforms at scale? we would love to hear real world insights on reliability, infrastructure, message delivery speed, and overall enterprise performance.
