I upgraded our plan to Thunkable builder today and when I logged in our app has vanished.
It is imperative that this app is restored ASAP, can anyone please help to check what has happened here and restore it? To confirm, this was not deleted from my side.
Unfortunately, I do not even see that a new project was ever created for the account using the email from your Community account. Feel free to either DM me with additional info about the project (we can confirm we have the right email address there) or, as a paid user, you can always get expedited support by clicking on the Help icon and selecting “Contact Support” in the top right Menu bar in your Project Page.
Hi matt, I’ve realised that the error was in having two email domains associated with my name!
I have located the app under another account but this raises another issue in that I have now upgraded the wrong account. I will close this thread and open a new question under the appropriate heading.
