I am writing to report a serious issue with my account. I have been using Thunkable with an active Builder subscription, which was set to expire on May 16, 2025. However, today I logged in and found that:
1. All of my projects are missing.
2. My subscription status has reverted to Free, despite it still being active.
I am sure I logged into the correct account associated with this email: amina_zhenis111@mail.ru. Everything was working normally before today, and my subscription should still be valid.
Could you please check what happened to my account and help restore my projects and subscription status? I can also provide proof of payment if needed. Serious project that i lost is Resona.App
Thank you for your help — this is very important as I’m currently finalizing an app for a submission.
