Hi there,
my app is on Play Store and went through with no problem.
Right now it cant make it through Testflight on iOS because they say it crashes on launch.
I took off everything i thought could be the problem, but still cant make it.
App is extremely easy and i did loads of them as similar as this one.
I have crashlog but honestly cant figure it out.
How can i get some help?

Have you published this app on the App Store?
Because, according to me, the feature to Live Test apps on Thunkable for iOS, is not launched yet.
You can only use the feature to Live Test your app on Android machines.
But, it is certainly possible to check your app out, once you have released it on the App Store (of course).
I believe you are mistaken @thecodingmasterabeer you can test Thunkable apps using TestFlight on iOS devices.
Yes, i’ talking about TestFlight.
Unfortunatly i tried many ways but still with no solution.
Last time it happened, months ago was a trouble with the timer.
Now i really dont know how to fix it, as it works perfectly on my device and it never crashes.

For what it’s worth, I had a similar issue when I tried to put a screen outside of the tab navigation. You have your Screen_Splash first and then the Bottom Tab Navigation right below it. I ran into similar crashes on Android when I set my app up the same way. It just crashed immediately on launch. I fixed it by creating a screen inside a screen. I built a display that hides in the screen I wanted to show it one and made it visible while hiding everything else I didn’t want to show. Not sure that’s 100% what’s going on here, but it happened to me too.
It worked fine in the Thunkable Live tests and crashed when I published it.

I have a column for location settings that is hidden. When the user clicks the Location Settings button, the main column for all of the settings is hidden and I make the map settings screen visible, like this:
It’s all on the same screen. I could not get that Location Settings screen to load outside of my tab navigation without crashing my app. May be a bug, but I’m not sure how apps respond to this sort of setup.
Everything works perfectly on Android, the only problem is with iOS
I would try moving that screen inside your tab navigation, for at least one build, and see what happens. Eerily similar to the problem I was having. Just a thought. I didn’t see anything else that stuck out to me.

Are you using AdMob in your app?
If you are using AdMob then you need to be aware that Thunkable currently has a BUG related to the settings of the AdMob not being saved and this causes crash in iOS app.
The workaround for this is to go to project settings and supply the keys (iOS and Android) for AdMob before you publish the app.
This should solve your issue.
