As a beginner, do you advise me to work with the Beta drag and drop projects or not? Does it work properly?

It depends what you’re wanting to do. Most of the functionality is there but the drag-and-drop interface does not have the ability to clone or create components using blocks. And some of the properties that you can change in the snap-to-place interface with blocks are not available either.
