I would appreciate it if there was a dashboard, in which when you are testing your app you can see the values of variables, local storage, and similar information to be able to troubleshoot these things without having to set a label to a variable.

There is no need to do do this 
What you can do is **during Live testing right click on the variable block (shown in image below) and select 'Do it' option
Same goes for Tiny DB(local storage)
