Upload to Cloudinary from DnD?

Is there still a built-in way in the Drag & Drop interface to upload an image from the iOS camera/album to Cloudinary and generate a url?

Yes, but for some unknown reason it was moved to Files drawer

That worked to put the green photo block into the url from uploaded file block.
