Undo Deleted block feature does not exist any more?

When I right click on the workspace this is all I see

I have the builder version in that Undo delete is gone!! My 1 hour job down the drain. Please help.
Also by mistake if I were to drag a block too much out of the work space it just get deleted without any notice!! . The funny thing is, when you want to duplicate a component it asks the question “Do you really want to duplicate?” as though it is an irreversible operation :):). On the other hand it should ask “Do you really want to delete??” and not just delete it off without any notice. It does not make sense. All normal interfaces double confirm before a deletion.

Hello @anandavardhana57zwwl
You can now use the keyboard shortcut ⌘ + Z or Ctrl + Z for non-macOS environments.

As a Builder user, you are able to take advantage of our versioning capabilities. Thunkable’s versioning functionality allows you to preserve a version of your drag-and-drop project at a point in time so that if there is a change you are unhappy with or need to revert back to, it will be there for you to access. I have included a link to our docs for versioning above for you to take a look at.

You can also create a duplicate project. You can find more information in our docs: Duplicate Project | Thunkable Docs

If you have any other questions, you can click the Help icon and select Contact Support in the top right Menu bar on your Project Page to connect with our support team.

I closed the program yesterday and opened it today. I tried CTRL+Z multiple times what I deleted yesterday is gone :frowning: it never came back. I did experiment and multiple CTRL+Z on a current open project and it does work. Is there any hope CTRL+Z working after closing and opening the project? Thanks for your fast reply

Unfortunately, if you close the project it is not possible to undo the action. I am sorry that you lost a part of your work.

Thanks Ioannis. Before I close this please answer this question of mine:
Why does Thunkable not put out a warning saying "Do you really want to delete it? As I said earlier when we duplicate a component we get a warning  which makes no sense. In case we duplicated by mistake we can always delete it but deletion is one way for the free version. That is where you should put out a warning “DO YOU WANT TO DELETE IT?”. That to when someone drags a blocks out of the scope it just gets deleted, that is really really bad. That too for the newbies it is a nightmare. Please file a top priority BUG and fix it. I have 5 teams of students working on Thunkable and it will really help

Hi @anandavardhana57zwwl
This is a good suggestion! I’ll pass it on to the team.
