We’re looking for participants to help us test out a support feature that would be available to all Thunkers on any plan 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Before we roll this out to everyone on Thunkable, we are looking for some of our wonderful Community members to give it a try first and let us know how we can improve the experience. Please note, Creators will need to be on a Pro plan or above to be eligible for this trial.

Everything should be the same as before but when you click on the Help icon and select “Contact Support” in the top right Menu bar in your Project Page
you’ll see the new experience when you click “Send Us A Message”

The first question I asked was about JSON parsing – just as a test:
