Thunkable design window is cropped, cannot edit component names

For some reason, the Design window in Thunkable will sometimes ‘move up’ and get covered by the screen navigation bar, making it impossible to rename/duplicate components as those buttons are cropped out.

This usually happens when I click on a component in the component tree. Sometimes, if I zoom the site out, I can make it uncrop itself but this doesn’t always work.

I’ve tried to clear the site cache and tried both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge, both of which seem to have this issue, even after logging out and in again.

Anybody have a solution to this? Thanks in advance.

Hi @generaly02
Could you please try the following steps on Chrome?

  1. Press F12 to open developer tools
  2. Right click on the refresh icon in the upper left corner
  3. Select the third option

You can find a video with the steps here: Hard Reload & Clear Cache | Biteable Help Center

Hi ioannis

I followed your instructions to do a cache emptying and hard reload. The problem persists; the window moved up when I selected a component in the component tree.

I also tried to uninstall and reinstall Chrome and did another clear cache + hard reload. The problem still persists. When the page first loads, the UI is normal, but the moment I click on any component in the component tree, the window moves up.
