"There Was A Problem Parsing The Package"

Hi everyone-

I have a student who recently tried to download his ThunkableX project as an .apk for Android and we received this message when trying to install:

“There Was A Problem Parsing The Package”

Any idea what we can do?

Hi,

When testing the project in Thunkable Live, everything was fine? If you give me a link to that project, then I can look it.

If you have installed previous version of the same app then uninstall it first and try again.
