Still stuck trying to Access and use Lists and Views

I am trying to figure out a way to add the data in the table pictured in a manner that if the Player # does not exist it creates it and when the player number exists it up dates the data by adding what is in Rec +1 and Yards plus itself or what was entered previously. Then I want to display it on another screen in list form. I can share a link to my app if you would like to see what I am trying to do. People tried to help me in the fall however I failed to understand and am still struggling. Thank you
