I have submitted my app for admob review almost 48 hours age still no response
It took About 1 week for me, So I Suggest to wait
I just got email regarding app approval confirmation still thanks for the reply

Most invitations are sent out within 48 business hours.
A full review might take anywhere from 2 - 5 working days after you accept the invitation for Thunkable to manage your account.
