[Solved] How to reload a Screen (after any action)

I need a help. I want the screen to reload If The alert is confirmed . Like If a alert is confirmed The Screen reloads…

There’s not a reload screen block. You can choose to navigate to a different screen and then navigate back to the original screen. Or you can program the blocks you need to reset features. What is it you want to reload?
